Gippsland Offshore Petroleum Limited
Gippsland Offshore Petroleum Limited was created in December 2004 to explore and test a new hydrocarbon migration and trapping theory on the flanks of the prolific Gippsland Basin, offshore south-east Australia. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in January 2005 after raising AUD12M to carry out this work and exploit other opportunities for their investors.
Since this time, the company has included a large exploration project offshore Jamaica into it's portfolio and has recently completed a capital raising of approximately AUD6M to continue with it's projects.
