Delta Petroleum Group Starts $60m Project in Sudan

 The Turkish multinational Delta Petroleum Group announced that it will start a $60 million oil investment project in Sudan next February.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mehmet Habbab, said that Delta Group will begin establishing its activities in Khartoum, Port-Sudan, Gedarif, Babanousa, and Al-Obeid areas at the cost of $10 million in the first stage. He specified that Delta Group has around 200,000 petroleum tanker vehicles with a 70 ton loading capacity for each tanker, and that the Group will be depending on Sudanese manpower after providing them with training.
