 The possibility of BowLeven www.bowleven.com making a play for FirstAfrica Oil (FAO) www.firstafricaoil.com is now a reality. The companies announced that both Boards have reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended all share offer.

If the transaction is completed it would give BowLeven access to two blocks in Gabon held by FAO with a 100% interest.
