This event is held every two years. BBTC will focus on the latest technology developments for upgrading crude oil residues, including modernisation of existing facilities, new units and new catalyst technologies, which will help to improve the profitability of the complex. Each Refiner will have specific requirements and considerations, which need to be taken into account in order to optimise any future Residue Upgrading Program. The Conference will also review the economic factors for investment and the new requiremnets for fuel oil specifications and the impact this will have on Refinery Investment Plans. |
