New Oil Deputy Minister Introduced to Firms Operating in Angola

The new Angolan deputy minister of Oil, José Gualter Inocêncio, nominated in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding for peace in northern Cabinda province, was introduced, here, to directors and to petroleum companies operating in Angola, by the incumbent minister, Desidério Costa.

During
the ceremony, Desidério Costa recommended to his new assistant greater dedication to work, mainly on issues like employment and training on oilfields.

"I`m convinced that we will carry out a good work in this very important sec
tor for the national economy, always searching for alternatives to the petroleum resource", declared the new deputy minister.

José Gualter Inocêncio also worked as the director of the Lunda Sul governor`s office and was just nominated as the Angolan Oil deputy minister  by the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos.
