Frank Manning Got New Position at CSL

07-22-2008

CSL, the Aberdeen-based subsea project management and engineering company has appointed Frank Manning as Business Development Manager for London and Paris.

Based at CSL’s office in central London, Frank will focus on growing the business in these key locations ensuring CSL’s clients receive a professional and comprehensive service throughout the delivery of their subsea developments.

With experience spanning more than 20 years in the international oil, gas and process industries his appointment will support CSL’s current drive towards international growth.

Immediately prior to joining CSL he spent seven years with Baker Energy as International Business Development Director where he managed global accounts for oil and gas majors, as well as developing new projects internationally.

“Frank’s appointment is particularly important for CSL at a time when the company is experiencing significant growth in its client base across all areas of the business,” says Mark Gillespie, CSL’s Managing Director. “His strong network of London-based contacts and his broad range of experience have enabled him to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on our efforts to internationalise the business.”

Commenting on his appointment Frank said, “The increase in oil price has revitalised the energy industry in London and Paris, which are once again hubs of activity for UKCS and international developments. The time is right for CSL to bring its unparalleled expertise, experience and enthusiasm to these markets and bridge the gap in quality project management and engineering expertise.”
