The Jackup West Titania is assigned for Candax Energy Tunisia Project

Seadrill has been awarded a contract by Candax Energy Inc. through its subsidiary Ecumed Petroleum Tunisia Limited for an assignment in Tunisia with the jackup West Titania.

The three wells plus one re-entry firm assignment has an estimated duration of 120 days, excluding mobilization from West Africa.

Total contract value is estimated to approximately US$18 million, excluding mobilization. Start-up of operations is scheduled in the beginning of June 2007.
