GSI to Commence Seismic Program Offshore Ghana

Geophysical Service Incorporated (GSI), a Calgary-based marine seismic company announces a successfully negotiated multi-client contract with Hyperdynamics Corporation to conduct multi-year 2D and 3D seismic programs offshore Republic of Guinea, West Africa.

GSI will exclusively market the seismic for and together with Hyperdynamics.

"We're pleased to be actively involved in this very large and relatively unexplored area," said Paul Einarsson, COO of GSI.

"We're confident the program will provide modern high quality data to generate world class prospects in one of the hottest exploration regions in the world."

GSI plans to commence a 2D acquisition in March 2008 with the GSI Pacific.
