Tioni-1 Well on Kouilou Permit in Congo is Plugged and Abandoned

Maurel & Prom plugged and abandoned the Tioni-1 exploration well on the Kouilou permit (Maurel & Prom, 65% operator) in Congo. The objective was the Vandji sandstone reservoir.

Following the sale agreement signed with Eni last Thursday, Maurel & Prom's share in the exploration permit Kouilou could decrease from 65 to 15%.
