Heritage Oil sells 25% Kouakouala interests in Congo for US$6.1M plus royalty

Heritage Oil Corp. has completed the sale of its 25 per cent working interests in the Kouakouala A and B licences in Congo to the other partners, Maurel et Prom and Burren Energy.  www.heritageoilcorp.com

Heritage said Wednesday it received US$6.1 million in cash, plus a royalty on the Mengo field in the Kouakouala B licence, which is not in production, as it focuses on Uganda, Russia and Kurdistan. www.maureletprom.com
